Whoever you are, whatever your journey, wherever you are in your faith, you are welcome here.
Worship service is from 11:00 AM – 12 Noon.
What to wear? Our services are traditional, but comfortable. Dress is casual, from slacks to jeans and casual shirts for men. Women prefer anything from comfortable dresses to casual slacks and tops. Please do not worry about what to wear – just come to worship with us!
Where should I park? Parking spaces are available directly in front of the church, in the lot across the street, and in the lot adjacent to the church.
Where do I enter? The sanctuary (worship space) doors are directly in front, where you will be greeted by church members. You are invited to sit inside wherever you feel comfortable.
We love welcoming families! “Children’s Church” follows a brief children’s message during the worship service. A childcare employee and one of our member parents will host the children for a brief activity and playtime in a room located just outside of the sanctuary.
Our Worship Service:
In person – 400 N. Bayshore Blvd. (near the Freedom Fountain and across from City Hall.)
On Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/JaxPresby
The service begins at 11AM with a welcome, announcements and an opening prayer. The congregation is invited to participate in hymns, responsive readings, and prayer. Church offering plates are not passed but located at the two entrance/exit doors. Offerings are voluntary and personal, and they are always graciously appreciated.
Music:
Join us for a blend of traditional hymns with organ or piano accompaniment. We are introducing new Christian songs through music from our director and chancel choir. Our handbell choir offers prelude selections and accompaniment. Do you love music? Come join our choirs! We will joyfully welcome you!
Thank you for your interest. We’d love to meet you!
